A graduate student is required to submit numerous assignments while on a cruise. I'm looking for suggestions for a strong, dependable wifi system

I have the opportunity to take a cruise, but I have to finish my Masters degree online. I can do this online, and I don’t need to log in or be in “class” for anything other than turning in homework and downloading assignments from the university’s exclusive site.

During a seven-day trip, I have to find out how to secure a dependable and robust internet connection every three days. I can’t miss an assignment; all of the previous wifi articles are about streaming Netflix or unimportant things (no one ever got hurt for missing out on Netflix).

Any suggestions? Ryoko? Carry-Along WiFi? While I’m willing to go ashore, I don’t want to ruin anyone else’s vacation. I travel a lot and often get up hours ahead of everyone else to complete my duties in other nations because life is extremely different across the ocean.

It takes me roughly twenty to thirty minutes at a time to download new assignments and upload completed ones.

Many ships employ Starlink, which is a fast, dependable internet service. Which firm or ships are you traveling on?

I completed my bachelor’s degree coursework on Carnival and Royal, where I had no trouble uploading assignments, participating in Zoom classes, or completing classwork.

We purchased $70 for premium WiFi while traveling on Holland America, and it worked well the whole time we were in Alaska.

@Meech I’ve heard a lot of folks complain about not being able to download or transmit things. I’d be okay if I was only sending and receiving emails, but I’m also uploading things weighing one to three megabytes and viewing web information that monitors my progress. I have to restart if something times out.
