We did a Viva Cruise from Switzerland to Amsterdam. They offer a couple of connecting rooms. The downside is it tends to be an older crowd. If you want more flexibility, consider renting a canal boat. They can handle larger groups and don’t require a boat license. LeBoat offers modern boats, so you might want to look into them.
