Though I would like suggestions on a cruise liner and ship to Alaska, I’m leaning toward NCL. My kids, who are 10 and 7 years old, aren’t scared of the cold; they’ll still love the waterslides on our planned summer trip. Haha Which cruise line would you suggest? What are your thoughts on paying more for a balcony cabin on an Alaskan cruise, since I’ve heard it’s recommended?
NCL for the win i think
During Ovation of the Seas, Royal Caribbeanfantastic ship, and seeing glaciers from the North Star is really interesting.
NCL! We adore NCL and have four children (though we have only ever traveled with three, ages one to eight). With the rock walls, kids club, game evenings, and watersides, there are plenty of fantastic activities for youngsters.
@Alain What was the quality of the outings? Were you able to witness Glacier Bay?
This Friday, we will be visiting Royal Caribbean with teenagers aged 10 to 15, and we can’t wait!
@Grande The excursions are one of our favorite parts about NCL. They have amazing offerings.
@Camilla Positive things have been spoken about them! Are you planning a trip to Alaska?
@Grande Indeed! About fifteen years ago, I went on Princess and had a great time. Many elderly individuals, which I adore. I adored them and it was my first cruise on my honeymoon in the Bahamas with Royal. I really don’t like Carnival, but I did enjoy Princess and Royal Caribbean.
