Has anyone tried cruises with kids? What other vacation options are out there that are nature-friendly?

My husband and I have been taking our 3 kids on cruises for the past 3 summers. It’s been a fun, cost-effective, and stress-free vacation because everything is taken care of for us. But now we’re wondering… are there any other vacation options out there that offer a more nature-focused and outdoorsy experience for a family?

What part of the cruise are you hoping to keep if you’re looking for something more outdoorsy? Are you thinking of a cruise with more outdoor stops, like Alaska? Or would you prefer an all-inclusive resort with outdoor activities, such as in Costa Rica?

It sounds like you might be looking for a camping trip where you don’t have to cook your own meals? Have you thought about family summer camps? It’s like a regular kids’ summer camp, but the whole family gets to join in.

Hard Rock in Cabo is a good option. It’s all-inclusive and family-friendly.

How does the cost compare to a cruise? What was your experience?

It’s a bit pricey. We went during Christmas break, and it cost about $1200 per night for a family of four. But the service was amazing!
